เดือนเมษายนนี่ดอกประดู่กำลังออกดอกสีทองสวย ในสวนของเรานี้มีต้นประดูอยู่หลายต้น แต่ว่าประดู่คู่แรกที่ปลูกนั้น ปลูกเอาไว้ริมสระในปี 2546 หลังจากที่พ่อเสียได้ไม่กี่เดือน ปีนี้ก็เรียกว่าต้นประดู่อายุครบ 20 ปีแล้ว ต้นประดู่คู่แรกนี้ตอนมาปลูก มากับแม่ด้วย แต่ไม่รู้เหมือนกันว่าเขาจำได้หรือป่าวนะ ที่ปลูกประดู่เอาไว้ ก็เพราะว่าพ่อเป็นอดีตทหารเรือ ก็คิดว่าเขาคงจะชอบต้นประดู่ซึ่งเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของกองทัพเรือnnตอนนี้ประดู่คู่นั้ยังจัดว่ามีขนาดกลางๆ ไม่ใหญ่ แม้จะปลูกเอาไว้ริมสระก็ตาม เพราะว่าดินในสวนนี่เป็นดินเหนียว เวลาหน้าแล้งก็จะแข็งมาก เวลาปลูกต้นไม้ก็จะใช้เวลานานกว่าปกติสักหน่อย ปลูกประดู่คู่แรกเอาไว้สองต้น จากนั้นก็ซื้อประดู่มาปลุกอีกหลายต้น
